REPORTING TO: Head of Service Delivery Early Years
ROLE PURPOSE/SUMMARY
To provide SERVICE EXCELLENCE to our customers and colleagues by
building a deep understanding of their needs, requirements and
expectations and consistently meeting, managing and exceeding their
expectations in a professional, courteous and respectful manner.
The Manager ? Early Years Provider Centre will be responsible for
ensuring that the highest level of quality and service are provided to
our customers. This will include:
* Provision of a first point of contact an integrated one-stop-shop
support centre for the Early Learning & Care Sector
* Responsibility for the management of a range of operational
functions that meet KPIs/performance metrics and expectations of
Performance Delivery Agreements with the DCEDIY
* Ensure proactive, accessible, competent support and resolution
services to early years? service providers, maximising self-service
opportunities and service excellence.
* Responsible for the development and maintenance of a credible and
professional relationship with key stakeholders.
* Accountable for resource allocated through commissioning
arrangements.
* Responsibility for the performance/staff management of the Service
Provider Centre team working collaboratively with integrated shared
services in Pobal to ensure service excellence is consistently
delivered.
* Managing SLAs / performance metrics and management reporting for
the Early Years Provider Centre.
